We have expanded our operations with a brand-new, segregated stainless steel fabrication facility.
Over the last month, we moved into an extra 35,000 square foot space adjacent to our current operation at 400 New Huntington Street in Woodbridge. This best-in-class facility provides us with additional capacity and improves our productivity and efficiency. It will help us offer more services to both existing and new customers as we grow.
The new operation will feature state-of-the-art welding equipment that will support Alps’ ability to manufacture stainless steel vessels, piping, heat exchangers, modular systems, and other products for the pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and other industries.
The modern space consists of 2 bays that are clean, well-lit, with 50-ton crane capacity, 30 feet under the crane hook, 16-foot wide shipping doors, completely physically separated from our carbon steel fabrication bays.
This expansion is exciting news for us and is the culmination of years of planning and growth. It creates new opportunities for our current employees, vendors and customer partners. It also allows us to grow our team, as we are currently hiring for a variety of positions, from Quality Control to Fitters, Welders, and Polishers.
